Residency Requirement

The policy of BEES YOUTH FOOTBALL AND CHEER is that all participants must reside in the Brecksville-Broadview Heights School District to participate in our programs. They do not need to attend Brecksville-Broadview Heights schools however. The reason for this is that all of our neighboring communities offer similar programming and it prevents teams from "recruiting" or building up teams. Our goal is to develop the players within our community.

There are some exceptions to this residency requirement:
1.) Any player from any community may register for the youth summer camp or spring flag football
2.) In the case where one parent resides in the district and one parent does not, the player is eligible to participate in BEES YOUTH FOOTBALL AND CHEER

Refund Policy

The policy of the BEES YOUTH FOOTBALL AND CHEER is to issue no refunds after a child has played in a sanctioned game or practice unless we are able to fill the vacancy created by the withdrawn child. Prior to playing in a sanctioned game or practice a refund of the registration fee less an administrative handling fee of $7 will be issued. This covers our site fees and credit card processing fees. Refunds will only be issued after the return of any equipment and/or uniforms have been returned and visually inspected to ensure condition.

Player Placement and Requests

Teams are assembled by the BEES YOUTH FOOTBALL AND CHEER Board Members. Individual coaches can not guarantee any individual opening on any team to any individual player. With the exception of immediate family (sisters and brothers), there will be no guarantee of requests asking for team placement based on coaches, car pooling, friends, etc.

Player Eligibility

Unless otherwise noted, players must follow the residency requirement and may not be beyond 6th grade. Players beyond the 6th grade are expected to participate in our Middle School programs.
