Our Mission
The mission of BYF is to inspire a love of football in every child who wants to play. We are committed to helping each participant grow through continuous improvement, skill development, and a strong understanding of the game’s fundamentals.
Above all, we want every boy and girl in our program to have fun while building confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
While we focus on development in the present, we also prepare our athletes for the future—especially for a successful transition into school football. Our program aligns with Brecksville-Broadview Heights (BBH) school philosophies and terminology to ensure consistency at every level.
We achieve these goals through strong collaboration with the coaching staffs at Brecksville-Broadview Heights Middle School and High School. In addition, all BYF coaches are required to complete background checks and obtain certification through recognized programs such as USA Football.
Across all Bees Youth Football programs:

Since 2013 BYF has been participating in the Football Development Model program created by USA Football to introduce a safety initiative program to insure the safest tackling technique and philosophies will be carried out through our entire football program.
